Do we need to meet up with somebody to get the Key?

No, the villa has a Key Box on the wall next to the front door. Two weeks before you go we will send you the Key Box 4 digit number, which you key into the box to access the key. No hassles mailing the Key or having to go to an office to collect them.

How do we find the villa?

When we send the Key Box code we will also send you details of how to get to the villa either from Orlando International or Sanford Airport.

What time can we gain access to the villa?

The villa is available from 4pm on your day of arrival. If you need an earlier time this may be possible and must be agreed before you go.

What time do we have to leave the villa?

You must leave the villa at 10am, so the villa can be cleaned before the next arrivals. A later time may be possible but would have to be agreed before you go.

What if there are any problems during our stay?

We have a Management team that will be available for you. All their details are in the folder at the villa.

Do we need to pay a Security Deposit?

Yes, the Security Deposit is payable before you go.  It will be returned to you as soon as our Management Company has informed us that everything was ok on your departure. This can take up to 30 days after your return.

Do you provide all Linen?

Yes. There are plenty of towels and we have 2 sets of Bed Linen for each Bed. We also supply Blue towels for use around the pool area.

Does the Villa have a phone?

Yes, there are two phones, one next to the kitchen and another in the Master Bedroom. All local calls are free; we supply a phone card so you can also ring International. If you should need additional cards you can buy them at most retail outlets.
