• The Deposit is non – refundable.

• Pool heating is available from Oct - May at a cost of £70 / week (Min 5 Days).  If you stated you require pool heating on the booking form the pool will be heated for your arrival.

NOTE: If you did not state you required pool heating on the booking form an additional one off charge of $10 will be required.

• Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

• The owner of the property will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following – hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems due to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airport, weather conditions or any event beyond the owners control.

• Arrival at the property should be after 4pm local time. The property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

• Any cancellation of booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:-
  • More than 8 weeks prior to your arrive date – full deposit.
  • Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival date – 50% of the total rental cost.
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date – 100% of the total rental cost.

• All requests to alter a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Whilst the owner will try to accommodate any requests, we make no guarantee that any alteration will be possible. If an alteration is not possible and guest decides to cancel, the cancellation charges will apply.

• The owners do not accept liability for injury however caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool or pool area. Guests are requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool and pool area and observe the pool rules and regulations instructions signs by the pool.

• The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and after you have departed. We request you respect our home and leave it how you would expect to find it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit of £200 paid at the same time as your balance, will be returned one month after the end of the holiday rental period provided that:-
The villa is left in a clean and tidy condition;
The villa is vacated by the specified and agreed time;
Keys are in the Lock Box;
There is no damage to the villa and contents.
